Laboratory Testing & Inspection
Every production batch undergoes three distinct inspection tiers: Incoming Quality Control (IQC) on raw materials, In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) along the high-speed servo line, and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) prior to container stuffing.
1. Rothwell Absorbency Test (ISO 11948-1)
Samples are fully submerged in 0.9% saline solution and weighed to confirm total retention capacity surpasses 1200ml to 1800ml.
2. Rewet Index Measurement (<0.25g)
After repeated liquid discharges, standard 0.5 psi pressure is applied with filter paper. Rewet is strictly verified under 0.25g to ensure dry skin microclimate.
3. Microbiological Safety (GB 15979)
Total bacterial colonies ≤20 CFU/g. Zero Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, or hemolytic streptococcus detected.
